We have been having some major wind storms recently. This is the waves hitting the sea wall and getting spun around by the wind....I've lived here 15 years and this is the first time I've ever seen this. (Sorry about the blurry stripes. The wind was so strong I couldn't open the window and had to take the picture through the salt covered glass... with those wires for fire proofing)
